How to Lose Weight Fast and Stay Healthy

The first myth I would like to bust on losing weight fast and naturally is on the subject of exercise.

You have always been taught that a steady exercise rate of between half an hour and a hour is all it takes and is the most effective form of exercise for our bodies.

However research has recently discovered that our fantastic bodies were designed to perform physical activity in bursts of exertion followed by recovery (that makes sense if you remember that we are primarily hunter gatherers in our distant past).

The research suggests physical variety is a key to your training.

 If you examine most sports, you will find that most of them go with this burst of exertion, or stop-and-go movement, as it is also called.

Sports such as Basketball, Squash, wind sprints rather than endurance runs are examples of exercise that will benefit your heart the most effectively and burn the most calories.

So next time you go for a run - sprint up the hills and jog down for your cool down.

A simple enough routine but one that is guaranteed to have maximum benefits in the shortest space of time.
 
Another point I will mention, when exercising using weights - do exercises that work out multiple body parts at the same time rather than isolation exercises.

If you think about it when do you ever use one muscle group in everyday life.

I find have found myself that I have more injuries when using weight machines at the gym than free weights.

Exercise is one thing but if you want a healthy body, you need to do more than just exercise - you need to eat right.

I know you have heard that before and you roll your eyes to say here comes another crazy diet.

You would have discovered most diets are unsustainable and will only work for a short time.

That can be OK if you want to quickly get thin for a event such as a wedding!

Today we want to talk long term health benefits and weight lose.

A well rounded diet that includes a whole heap of vegetables and guess what?

Fats yes they are equally important.

You have to eat an adequate diet that includes healthy dietary fats.

Fats are necessary as they are part of the cell membranes that go throughout the body.

It is simple - eat healthy foods, your bodily processes will work normally.

Eat bad foods: those that heavily processed, you will find your body will break down from lack of proper nutrition.

When this happens you will notice you have less energy,lethargic and unmotivated and every single bug that is floating around - you will catch. The thing I noticed personally was your skin starts to get pimples and various other skin afflictions making you look old.

They seem to be discovering new data everyday how those heavily processed foods are having diverse effects on the human race such as early maturation of females.

Its quite simple really - the least processed the food is, the better it is for you!

A simple change in diet such as the obvious fruit and tons of vegetables, eat the right fats and carbohydrates, plus (here is a idea) the addition of quinoa on or in your meals is all it takes.

Quinoa is a type of miracle food that has high protein content and is rich in eight amino acids, lysine, cystine, and methionine.

Also included are manganese, magnesium, calcium, copper, iron, phosphorus, vitamin E, and several B vitamins.

It is available from the supermarket and can be applied to all your cooking or simply sprinkle on your breakfast.

I would like to point out that the whole reason for the increase in obesity is simply advertising.

How can you resist those fast food restaurants with their cheap and easy convenience every where you look.
You get suckered into it and guess what - you get fat! Before you know it, you are looking for weight loss miracle pills, you lose some weight for a time and then yep you guessed it, you soon go back to the fast food and get fat again.

You are now part of a vicious catch 22 situation where you are the loser and business is the winner.
